Despite his years of experience, he will provide a customized set of ideas and solutions for you, rather than a canned plan based on previous successes with other clients.

Mitch has built his reputation on the knowledge that managing a health plan is an ongoing process, and that in order to succeed you must have a long-term game plan regarding your benefits package. He recommends that he continue to work with each client for one to three years, helping them assess their health benefits and suggesting changes to make sure they succeed.
